If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect piece, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused and in original Daisy Dew packaging with protective pouches intact.
Photographic or video evidence must be shared with our WhatsApp care team at +92 300 1234567 within 48 hours of parcel arrival.
For COD orders, refunds are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or direct bank transfer within 3-5 business days of receipt of returned package.
